follow the instructions.....
go to run...
type cmd n ENTER
then command prompt will open
then type net user r net users n enter
it shows all the users in computer
now type net user (user name) *
ex:- net user mithra * if u want 2 change password for useraccount named mithra
it will ask u 2 type password, re-enter password.
now u changed password for that user.....
